1. Literary Heritage & Public Domain
Many classic couplets, dohas, and stanzas showcased in our archives belong to the timeless shared cultural heritage of Urdu and Hindi literature. Where classical authors (Mirza Ghalib, Allama Iqbal, Kabir, Rahat Indori) are known, their names are honored.
2. Image & Media Licensing
Atmospheric photographic backdrops are obtained exclusively from licensed public sources (including Pexels and Unsplash under their permissive licenses) or produced directly by our design team. Each piece carries an explicit attribution string in its metadata.
3. DMCA & Takedown Requests
If you are the copyright holder of any verse or artwork and believe it has been attributed inaccurately or wish it to be removed, please contact our editorial board at editorial@poetrykitaab.pages.dev. We will review and respond within 48 business hours.
